Bangla Puzzle Limited recently undertook a six-day digital marketing experiment to assist a 25-year-old electrician service provider in the UAE. This company, which specializes in services like electrician work, AC repair, and plumbing, faced significant challenges in retaining labor and generating quality sales leads due to previous unsuccessful marketing efforts and financial struggles.

 

Challenges and Objectives

 

The primary objectives were:

1. Increase quality sales leadsto sustain business growth.

2. Address poor results from prior marketing agencies, which had impacted sales.

 Competitor Analysis

The study identified that several competitors were investing significantly in digital marketing, targeting advertisements, and placing ads strategically. However, unnecessary spending was noted in some cases, presenting opportunities to optimize ad placements for better returns.

 Industry Analysis

 

The industry is marked by a shortage of skilled labor, cost competition, and seasonality. Despite these challenges, there is a high demand for instant electrician services, making it an attractive market for quick-turnaround digital marketing solutions.

 Proposed Solutions

The team outlined a multi-pronged approach to address the company's challenges:

 

1. Google Ads: Aimed at generating immediate leads. However, results were dependent on ad spend continuity.

2. WhatsApp Marketing: Utilized for targeted communication, though segmented phone numbers posed a challenge.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Focused on building a long-term digital presence by planning an SEO-friendly website.

 Results and Recommendations

During the six-day experiment, the company saw improvements in lead generation using Google Ads. Concurrently, efforts were made to enhance social media presence and expand the WhatsApp database for future campaigns.

Recommendations:

- Continue Google Ads for instant results while optimizing budget allocation.

- Invest in creating an SEO-friendly website to secure long-term growth.

- Leverage WhatsApp marketing more effectively by building a segmented contact database.
