Sales and Marketing Officer

We are looking for 6 talented and experienced Sales and Marketing Officers who are responsible for B2B Lead Generation to identify, proactively prospect and nurture new business prospects into qualified sales opportunities for the business development team. Skills

• Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and planning • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • Created systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services, Craig's list and other forms of media. • Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts. • Responsible for meeting the Sales Target and Profit Target with proper planning. • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task • Remain calm and professional in stressful situations • Detail-oriented and works effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage overall activities of generating new business leads via various channels • Train up & manage team members for prospecting and nurturing new business prospects into qualified sales opportunities for the business development team. • Collaborate with other departments to implement lead generation activities. • Direct the lead generation team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth. • Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships. • Establishing a strategy for qualifying and developing sales-ready leads through targeted, outbound calling and emails. • Support the sales team to improve performance, control, and maintenance of their leads. • Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities • Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Educational Requirements

BBA/MBA/ (BSc) in CSE or equivalent. If you are not a candidate from BBA/CSE but have excellent confidence to fulfill the mentioned criteria, you can apply too.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Software Industry especially in Software Sales and Marketing.
